Mediterranean diet

Mediterranean diet

The Mediterranean Diet is a lifestyle, not only a eating habit that combines ingredients of local agriculture, recipes and ways of cooking of each place, shared meals, celebrations and traditions, which together with the practice of daily moderate physical exercise , favored by a mild climate, complete this lifestyle that modern science invites us to adopt for the benefit of our health, constituting an excellent model of healthy life.

The Mediterranean Diet is a valuable cultural heritage, which from the simplicity and variety has led to a balanced and complete combination of food, based on fresh produce, local and seasonal wherever possible.
